Shipping information

By placing an order through our website (www.slyner.com) you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

We offer all UK, USA, Canada and Australia customers free shipping with tracking.

 

We process orders between Monday and Friday. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and then shipped the next day after the processing day.

You'll receive an email from us with the tracking number(s) as soon as your order is shipped.

 

Delivery

Once shipped, most of our deliveries happen within 7-12 business days (excluding the 1-2 processing days) . We encourage you to provide your phone number at the checkout page so that our shipping carriers can reach out to you to coordinate the delivery, if needed.

 

While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

  

International Shipping:

Slyner ships products internationally using a wide range of international shipping vendors.

Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks.

Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact Slyner if you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks upon order placement.

Slyner 's international shipping charges DON’T include:

  • Country specific customs -import -duties -tax fees associated with your package delivery.
  • These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Charges from  Slyner include only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping.
  • Additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you.

Additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you. We don’t control these charges and we can’t predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide, and customs policies differ widely depending on destination. Please contact your local customs office.

  

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your item(s) are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Order changes

Once your order has been shipped, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you have to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You'll have to contact the carrier about your order as once the item is dispatched we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persists kindly write us at  contact@slyner.com  and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.
