Shipping policy

Slyner processes orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 5–10 business days after shipment. Customers receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. In this case, the chargeback was opened before the order had been shipped.

The order in question was placed on May 31, 2026 and the chargeback was opened on June 1, 2026 before the normal fulfillment process could be completed.
